Proper onboarding. Great systems to manage a multi-zone virtual team. A very talented and experienced team to work with. Great work/life balance. Lot of communication using Slack so you always feel you are part of a team. Good salary and benefits including: rec, sick and parental leave.

You have to go through three interviews plus an assessment process which is nerve racking but it is worth it.

They had a major RIF. Last RIF was so badly done that many existing employees are now trying to leave. FR now has a bad reputation and employees mistrust the leaders.
