Double brokering. Lack of communication. They do not take accountability for missing information. It is very hard to understand what they are saying due to the communication issue. How do we have businesses that are not based in the US that can dispatch for US drivers?! They deducted pay for delivering early, although the receiver stated they would love to receive early. Very petty. We (the drivers) take all the risks being out here in the road between the traffic, the wild drivers, and paying for personal expenses as well as vehicle expenses (gas and maintenance). While FOX CARRIERS is NOT BASED IN THE US they have no assets but get loads from multiple brokerage companies. They get $1000 for 600 miles from a broker while they give the drivers $400. IT IS RIDICULOUS!!! DOUBLE BROKERING AT ITS BEST! I’m confused how they are still in business. Listed in SAFER they have over 100 vehicles listed when they don’t have a single vehicle of their own. Meanwhile, us (US based owner operators( cannot get a broker to respond to a load to book it directly with them. My partner and I have been driving for 2 years, it has been getting worse with foreign dispatchers acting as if they have the assets. Something has to be done. They are not the only company.

Ok starter company to work with until you find your own way Even though rpm is lower than their comp,They pay quick

Communication is terrible because of the language barrier some of the dispatchers are rude, I got calls for loads at the same time as a text in hopes of rushing me into a bad rate. they consistently call for location even with live tracking and blame it on the customer, no customer is asking for an update at 2am!, once a load is booked you have several different dispatchers to respond to at times, once your unloaded, you send BOL and pics to one dispatcher, another one text are you on site and can they get pics of of the same info meanwhile waiting for a gtg from the the first one you sent info too. Constant haggling on the rates then use used car salesman tactics telling you they have to check back with the broker(like I don't know its the dispatcher that's making the final call not the broker)I just started 5 months ago and just hired my own dispatcher for 8% per load, speaks English(American) and knowledgeable about the industry.
