The firm has become increasingly stingy with benefits as it pertains to the staff. Attorneys and management have very generous benefits packages. The attorneys and management have at least 30 to 40 days off per year. Staff gets 22 days off until their 10th year when they get 27. Years ago, the firm took away a weeks worth of time that was promised to the staff at their 10th year. And next year, the firm has 9 holidays when they used to give anywhere from 10 to 12.
