If you like working 3 days straight while the management keeps checking on you, then this is the perfect place for you. Micromanaging while setting unrealistic deadlines to the clients so you'll end up not having enough sleep nor social life. They would also refuse overtime pay even if you demand or report to labor agency. Egos of the higher ups are way bigger than their knowledge especially in the creative aspect. Would try to intimidate you if you don;t conform. Constant firings and resignations for the same BS. Will look good from the outside but is actually hell inside. Run away from them.
