1. Some internal procedures are obsolete and require more time than desired to complete them. 2. Some managers are not well trained in management skills. 3. For periods of time, you can't feel the company of your managers really appreciate you (they are more worried of how many emails you sent, or the color of your wipper) instead of the feedbacks of the company´s you´re working with or the quality of your job.
