Would not recommend working here - Recensione dipendente - Business Immigration Analyst presso Fragomen

I worked at Fragomen for years. It was extremely dysfunctional and upper level management was very out of touch and demanding. I could say so much about working here... For a long time I fantasized about everything I'd write in a Glassdoor review. At this point, I no longer care, I'm just glad that I no longer work there. I can't believe I stayed there so long. The amount of work is huge and the pay is not great. People quit all the time so there's constant turnover. By the time I left, almost nobody that I'd started with still worked at the company. It's so understaffed that people just burn out.
