Absolutely the worst job I’ve ever had in my pretty long career. Unmanageable case load, overdemanding clients and a CYA mentality between colleagues. Everyone is just trying to survive, there is no team work and no real leadership whatsoever. Constant micromanagement. Management cares more about mundane issues rather than the well being of the staff. Constant turnover of employees. The caseload, unrealistic deadlines, micromanagement, fault blaming and the lack of work life balance puts a real toll on your mental health. No self respecting individual should work here!
