Many of the attorneys and Immigration Analysts are very friendly. You can certainly make some good work friends along the way. The work that is done is very fulfilling. Good benefits/PTO.

Almost no training was given at all. You will have to learn through trial and error. Constant changes to procedures and reshuffling of client teams without consulting the positions that the changes will affect. Expect many team members to leave without any plans for the firm to fill their absence. Raises are consistently below standard, especially compared to inflation. Promotions are almost unheard of.
