Interesting projects, good people, great potentials

Unwise distribution of resources. Too many projects, not enoght resources...

Not really much other than talking with people.

Lack of management. Managers complain with one another and leads don’t go in the clean room. But they need to get their things straight when it comes to pointing fingers. Upper management really lacks company potential and lacks organization.
