Pros: -Helps with improving people skills I guess? But there are plenty of jobs this is the case -3 week training that is paid. My advice is do the training and quit. You will hate your life after the training.

Cons: -Have to deal with angry customers every day -TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE management, they will never have your back. -10$ an hour and up to 800$ bonus check a month (taxed) This comes out to be about 600$ extra a month. When you’re working 160 hours a month, this comes out to be about 4$ extra an hour so you’re making 14$ an hour!! WOW!!!! This is in the middle of the pandemic and tax season. There’s a good chance you won’t get a bonus if it’s not in tax season. -After your first month of being on the floor, they grade your calls 0-100 and if you don’t make a 100 they take that % off of your bonus and they count off for EVERY little thing. -If you make the smallest mistake they will take money from your paycheck depending on how much the debt was for. -Overly strict with being on time and you get written up if you don’t have 40 HOURS every week. Keep in mind this is a damn near min wage job. -NO chances to move up. You’re stuck doing what you’re hired for. Don’t believe anything they tell you. -90% of the people in there don’t take showers -NO benefits
