Growth & Opportunities were just some of the best things offered to me during the time I was with FCSI. Loved the Family Oriented Atmosphere. During tax season was and could be stressful at times but very profitable if one was to truly push themselves to their max, then extremely profitable, but you’d have to push yourselves there’s no doubt about it. As a person in the management area, i truly felt like family however & with that being stated at times i also felt like a bit of an outcast because i definitely spoke up for myself (of course in most respectfully & professional manner as one possibly could) but during those challenging times you would just push through , push through together , as a tram , as a company & try to fix whatever is needing fixing TOGETHER and make whatever wrongs right , take ownership and before you know it , it would all be back to normal & running smoothly ! However , yes of course at times it could get bit overwhelming & stressful but anything in life can get overwhelming & challenging or stressful but we all must push through correct ? And, therefore by us (as a whole/as a team/as an individual) all doing our parts & all of us / each of us always pushing harder towards working harder together & with one another to help one another & always together not only did that help make it much easier to come into a job every day but it also gave you that sense of Family / Work but your Work Family - Your Franklin Family which is what we use to all call it & therefore just made you truly feel comfortable enough to say & also to feel like your (home away from home) & it truly did feel just like that your home away from home literally which was nice bc we all spent more hours there than at home so it was nice feeling comfortable confident & truly wanting to get up daily & go get it again day after day… that helps a lot with the burning out phases that im sure everyone of us get in life or at a job , but that right there helped me at least tons each day give it my best! Franklin was part of my everyday life & family and i still hands down miss , adore & love many many things about Franklin ! One of those is like mentioned up above or when a fellow worker of yours in the (management area) has fallen on hard times, dealing with personal matters, health crisis or issues to such degrees; then they truly step up, pull together & help a fellow co worker in need & i just again am so grateful that i got to experience such a bond , and such a great work family when needed them the most!!! I will forever and more always be super appreciative for everything they did for me during my time there & that will always be something i hold near & dear to my heart “bc truth is they did not have to but choose to help another in their time of need & you do not find or see that much anymore these days!”

I believe more Flexibility opportunities could be beneficial on an individual to individual basis depending on circumstances & situations. I believe should be a more (professional dress code-must apply from top-bottom employees not only newbies… and when i mean professional (as professional as possible NO JEANS PERIOD DRESS CLOTHES ONLY) this would help w dress code breakers & also never should seen people home for being involutions of the dress codes (i full disagreed on that) i believe even though dealing with adult (of course not everyone can afford same types of clothing etc… so therefore new hires should be given 90-day dress code prep. To try & purchase more appropriate clothing bc they are just starting out & getting sent home during training or phase I or phase II continuous training is kinda beside me (we need them there to train learn etc…) sending them home (most was borrowing funds to get to work anyways the beginning of training weeks) and so to me its a loss on top of a loss (sent home … empty seat , no learning , no collecting and chances are they may or may not return for many reasons etc… so times lost and seat still gonna be empty ya know.) i also believe any management disagreements, issues conflicts should never ever roll over onto the production floor where leaders or collectors or other outside management team where its passed around ear to ear , to create gossip etc.. this should be nipped in the rear immediately, should be a standard the supervisors on the floor (and all management in general of course but mainly was an issue w floor not all over the building why i stated specifically floor management team…) but should all be well dressed, well mannered, well professional with one another at all times even if or during any disagreements & should be handled right away & agreement to not be creating bad morale for the floor overall but instead assisting the floor to help with better morale. And this is just something that was a tiny issue then i am not sure if it still is of course however with all the extra professionalism mentioned up above one of those things would most definitely be a (remodeling job of the collection floor) new / cleaner / more private / much taller & larger cubical areas was a much needed improvement area then again not sure not but then most definitely could’ve helped in so many areas… especially with shoulder height cubicles caused issues with talking over , shouting over and more distractions when everyone can see & talk to their neighbors no problem ya know so i think that could’ve been one huge area of improvement (tiny but huge in those other areas) and helped with also up lifting the morale too. “ Hope this is helpful. “

Growth and development understanding to a certain extent with family problems if they occur love being able to bring my kids up there to see where I work feeling more like a Franklin family than just a place you go to every day that was something I loved!

I wish it was a little more family oriented, and I always so business oriented even though I do understand totally it’s a business. It must run a little bit more uplifting to the collectors overall cleanup, cleaning us and professionalism around the building new cubicles much needed to make the place look more professional, the drama always felt like I was beating my people down instead of lift them up and therefore that would have an adverse effect. Of course they would be resentful better and not necessarily the best employee they could be due to all the Coach lecture always better better better instead of Saying good job good job good job. I would just really encourage that while I was there and make sure all managers and supervisors are on the same wavelength with professionalism have each other backs, dress, professional, and conduct themselves professional at all times to set a best example.
