Controlling, micro managing, not trusted, unable to make decisions, toxic, power games, unsupportive, culture of fear, crazy amount of staff turnover, supposed to be an open culture but it’s not, if you complain that’s it a target is on your back. Sales meetings are just the worse, basically blamed for everything that you have no say in. Management are weak and unable to lead, this is top to bottom. Do not try thinking for yourself. No progression, all sales staff are on totally different wages you are lead to believe all wages are the same. They do not state wages on adverts as they will low ball you. Wages range from £30k - £60k for sales. No say in company cars they don’t take employee tax liability into effect, it’s what work out as least lease payments to them. They expect you to 1000% from you and you should be thankful as they pay you!
