Disorganized with too many unmotivated people - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Frayji Design Group

I have been with Frayji Design Group for 8 months and it has been very rewarding! I feel extremely valued and my work is appreciated. We have a fun, family-like atmosphere and my job is constantly challenging me as I learn new responsibilities and skills. The wages are fair and the benefits are great! The owner is friendly and is a pleasure to work with.

I would like communication to improve amongst all departments.

I have been working at Frayji Design group for about 2 years now and I do not plan on leaving. I worked at a different Engineering firm for about a year before I joined the Frayji team, and boy what a great experience it has been! Tony treats us with respect, dignity and highly values our opinions. He would always find time to help out any time, even with his busy schedule. He takes us out to Top Golf, company lunches, golf events and much more. The workflow is pretty efficient with a Surveying, Drafting and an Engineering department. Kevin, the head of Drafting, does an amazing job in keeping all CAD files organized and makes sure that Civil3D is fully utilized, which greatly streamlines the process. The Frayji team is not just a company, but a family.

Would be nice to have more frequent meetings between the different departments.
