Diverse, Family-like atmosphere with a fun and hard-working environment - Recensione dipendente - Marketing Project Coordinator presso Frayji Design Group

I have been working at Frayji Design group for about 2 years now and I do not plan on leaving. I worked at a different Engineering firm for about a year before I joined the Frayji team, and boy what a great experience it has been! Tony treats us with respect, dignity and highly values our opinions. He would always find time to help out any time, even with his busy schedule. He takes us out to Top Golf, company lunches, golf events and much more. The workflow is pretty efficient with a Surveying, Drafting and an Engineering department. Kevin, the head of Drafting, does an amazing job in keeping all CAD files organized and makes sure that Civil3D is fully utilized, which greatly streamlines the process. The Frayji team is not just a company, but a family.

Would be nice to have more frequent meetings between the different departments.

I couldn’t think of any real pros. All the positives are weak copies of other better companies.

Lack of diversity in employees and workload. Poorly organized with lots of attitude from many employees about having to do the hard work doesn’t pair well with the strong lack of leadership trickling from the top. Cherry on top is the many HR violations from the owner because he thinks of employees as servants.
