Managers and partners are abusive to their staff. There is one manager that is extremely mean and cruel and on a power trip but they all enable and encourage the behavior. Since I left I’ve been hired at another firm and everyone is so nice and respectful. All public accounting is long hours and can be stressful but most places at least treat their employees nicely for all the sacrifices we make. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down by the DOL. So awful and a shame, they are sinking their own ship. No amount of damage control can help now, not even the fake reviews they’ve put up here. Do not under any circumstances work here!
