Poorly managed with negative work culture - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Free Radical Design

Poorly managed, deadlines are unrealistic, management never know what they want, you can spend months on a feature before being told it'll be replaced already. The biggest shame is they have some actual talented people hired that they aren't using. This doesn't even include the dangerous drinking culture which has lead to many situations HR wouldn't like the public to know about. Compared to competitors (even smaller studios) they have no benefits, and on average 20% lower on salery, with minimal amount of hoilday. HR and the studio director are lack compassion to personal situations.
