This is a call center job which are normally boring and dreadful to work at but here I look forward to going in everyday. The environment is competitive but fun, management does a great job recognizing performance and you’re treated as an individual not just an employee number in a seat.

Svantaggi

The job is really repetitive but was this was properly communicated during the interview process when I was able to sit with an employee to see what I would be doing prior to accepting the position.

The job was quite flexible. There was a lot of opportunities to step into different roles or create something new. A lot of learning, great place to start your career. Free breakfast in office.

Svantaggi

Salary didn't necessarily keep up with evolving roles, long hours (9-6). Sometimes you may be expected to work later or hop on to put out a fire.
