Owner/CEO is an ego maniac who manipulates hard working employees. His narcissistic behaviour is causing a seriously unhappy culture. Anyone who makes a difference is let go, anyone who works hard and cares is driven to resign and those who are under qualified, say yes and feed that ego stay but end up bitterly employed but paid well. Like everyone else, I escaped.
