You’re always meeting new people. You are not tied to a desk. You are helping people. You get to put on fun events.

Svantaggi

They will work you to death. They do not appreciate you. They pile on more work every week. You cannot make Corporate/ Jason CEO happy. You will be miserable. There’s a chance you will be on call for several months at a time without a break. IF YOU QUIT THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU THE REST OF THE EXPENSE MONEY THEY OWE YOU. You are supposed to get bonuses… you will never see those.

Great place to work. The world needs more of these places. They truly care for their patients. Treated very well as an employee. Would still be there if they hadn't closed.

It's a job that pays.

Everything other than the pay. Seriously, believe whatever you have heard about this company and the owner. You are expected to be on call 24 hours a day, everyday for your area, with no additional pay. You are expected to complete intake forms, even if you are not clinical and have never seen the patient. You will be required to make 15 contacts a day, every week, and questioned as to why you have not and expected to make up for it, they provide you the contacts, which are often non-viable.
