This review is based on my experience working in head office. - Toxic culture - Terrible management - Customer service team within head office complain all day long in an open office - full blown conversations about customers spoken aloud with entire office listening - No training or onboarding processes - High expectations with no reward - Majority of the people within head office talk behind everyone's back - Extremely high turnover
