They lay off people unjustly even if you've been so loyal to the company for years already. The top management doesn't really care about their subordinates and employees. The company is also loosing money. It's been two years so far and they would not increase the salaries of the employees. They do not have a concrete system and program that legitimately allows employees to learn and grow from.
