All of the cons stem from the current toxic CEO and founder. Countless talented staff left purely as a result of how he treated them - sadly he is revenue obsessed and only cares about how we can squeeze as much money out of the employers and freelancers - to the extent of using whatever dark patterns and tricks to do so. His idea of motivation is to publicly shame employees by email in front of the whole company - will never praise, and has a very autocratic style of management. If you can avoid any interactions with the CEO or those around him, you might have a better experience - but for most I'd recommend avoiding this place until the CEO leaves (which is unlikely as he's the founder).
