Vantaggi

Senior management genuinely cares about the company and its employees. 3rd generation family members remain active, productive employees in their roles as CEO and Vice Chair. They always make decisions with the best interest of the company and employees in mind. In fact, it is difficult to separate the interests of the company and the interests of the employees because of the family / employee-owned structure of the company. The compensation is competitive across all job functions and the benefits package is stellar. There will always be people who are dissatisfied, and those for whom no health insurance plan could possibly cover their unique needs, but overall, the benefits are unimpeachable and certainly contribute to the company's attractiveness as an employer.

Svantaggi

The company could improve in the area of career advancement and promotion. They are continaully revamping training initiatives, but there never seems to be a clear path to advancement. I attribute this to the company's paternalistic qualities and their desire to see employees happy and satisfied.

Vantaggi

The pros were the per diem and the opportunity to travel. I really enjoyed visiting new cities and collaborating with kind, interesting people from across the country at different show sites. The pay was also very strong during busy seasons.

Svantaggi

If you want to join a company where employees are undervalued, expected to obey rather than think critically, and favoritism is openly visible, then please avoid this company. The environment often felt heavily micromanaged at every level of leadership, with experiences of both covert and overt racism in the workplace. There was also a strong sense of competition and distrust among coworkers, where people would undermine one another for personal gain. Leadership and upper management appeared far more focused on optics and appearances than the actual well-being of the employees working on the show floor.
