We empathize with the challenging situation you are in and appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the timing of our business changes. Back in March, we believed the cost-saving measures we took (including furloughs) would be enough to carry the business forward until events resumed. Our hope was to be able to bring back all of our furloughed employees, but unfortunately that became impossible as event cancellations have continued to extend in light of the pandemic. Our employees are our top priority and we have strived to maintain active and transparent communication throughout the pandemic.
