Our people truly are our greatest asset, and we work with the best in the business. We also understand that our industry can require extended hours at times and are making strides to improve work-life balance (starting with our new unlimited PTO policy). We appreciate your advice and agree with you- as a company, we worked hard to explore and implement alternative cost saving measures before moving forward with reductions in our workforce.
