The investment of time and talent you made in Freeman during your long tenure with us is appreciated, and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience. We are deeply saddened by some of the business decisions we had to make in light of COVID-19, but are optimistic and confident about the future of our industry. In regard to the long hours, we also are working hard to encourage work life balance throughout our organization and recently implemented a new unlimited PTO policy.
