Senior employees genuinely care about what new employees think and value their opinions and ideas both in terms of creative strategy and personal experience.

Salary is a little on the low side of industry standard, and work can be disorganized and hectic. There is little to no training for new employees which can leave those who are in need of more help very overwhelmed and prone to fail. Those who can self-teach and grow will succeed.
