There are none!! avoid this place. Not a nice place and management are unprofessional

Recently, people have noticed they take people on to fulfil the backlog then get rid of them during their probation to minimise costs. Promote people who have 0 managerial skills. Management undermine teams. They act like they have to know what you are doing every minute of the day. Belittling behaviour!! Complained to HR on multiple occasions but nothing changed. I decided to leave for my peace of mind and mental health.
