Friendly environment, flexible work hours and team works.

Challenges due to rapid growth and financial constraints.

Depending on your actual position, this can either be quite stressful or not at all. (As a PM it is low stress for me.) Casual atmosphere (some people wear shorts to work) Some very smart people work at Freestyle.

This is not for everybody; if your expectations align with a large, corporate environment then you're barking at the wrong tree. Amateur execs; they don't understand the importance of communicating to the company and being involved in projects. Sometimes they act like they're in their own little private club. Nothing is done about people who drag projects and/or the company down; this shows lack of leadership. Really bad location - out in the suburbs without any practical public transport. Relatively low pay (lower than similar jobs; other companies in the middle of nowhere pay really well to compensate for the location.) Due to the awful location + relatively low pay, it's hard to find and keep talent. No career perspectives, career plans or anything. Demographics: the average age of employees is a high number; you get teams of people who have been doing something in a particular way for 200 years and it's difficult to push through changes. In Australia, 5% of employees are women, and 95% men. All employees outside Australia are men.
