The salesmen really are wonderful. They're considerate and caring - unless you're trying to purchase a vehicle. It's extremely fast-paced and never boring. The last few hours of your day are spent in the parts department, which gives you down time to finish the remaining tasks of your day.

Low pay. Frustrating environment. Poor leadership. There are few good things to say on behalf of Freeway Ford. At the time, their office was catty. We were all expected to accomplish a ridiculous amount of tasks in a day that we weren't being paid to do. Training was insufficient and lacked basic information about dealerships.
