Customer service agents are treated poorly as the focus is on the sales representatives. A lot of the time, if it were not for CSR's, customer relations would go out the window. CSR's are severely undervalued and underpaid.

Sales agents make a lot of money with their bonuses. Full benefits. If you show up every day and try, they won't just fire you,

They don't match your 401k. Only employees' contributions. If you are hourly, you probably won't get yearly raises
