Vantaggi
Chattanooga is a nice location and the co-workers were cool. The pay was okay when you finally get a raise.
Svantaggi
There's no job mobility. It's like pulling teeth to get a raise or even a new job title. It's start-up culture which explains a lot about their management. Also, the bosses are hard to talk to and make empty promises. They also tend to be dismissive and don't seem to care depending on what you're asking. They would rather hire inexperienced people and give them better pay and a job title that the new hire is not qualified for than promote and give raises their current employees. They also have 0 idea of how broadcasting or news works. They also expect you to do more work than what you're being paid for and expect you to pick up extra hours on the weekend. There's 0 work-life balance. Also, you have like three bosses so that's fun. Also, the insurance was too expensive and not that great. It wasn't until a few months before I left, they gave me a raise so I was able to afford it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like start-up culture and only want to stay in the position you're hired for. The pay is okay, but it's not worth the toxic work environment.
