The work can get repetitive

Good benefits, 401K, work/life balance, bonus structure, remodeled building, and compensation. CEO seems solid.

Fremont Insurance used to be a great place to work before being bought by Auto Club Group (ACG). New leadership has changed culture dramatically and ACG runs the show. Steer clear of Information Technology (I.T.) and Human Resources departments. Demanding completion of tasks with plenty of micromanagement. Backstabbing co-workers and rampant favoritism will quickly become apparent. Too much change on a daily basis and many, meaningless meetings.
