Internal politics, back stabbing, junior members suffering from 'I know it all attitude' after just 2 years work experience post-uni. There were people working there for 8-15-32 years..I thought, it must be a really great place to work for...Wrong! They were waiting for the business to be bought and cash their redundancy pay checks (while sailing safely throughout the day) while the rest of them simply knew that changing company would have meant working - for real. Leaving at 3pm, going to the gym in the middle of the day, 'visiting a customer' and then disappearing for the rest of the day were only some of the behaviours accepted and covered up by some members of the team.
