As the company is very much a SME it suits someone better who is a self-starter and can set out and plans their own goals, rather than someone looking to work for a big corporate organisation with the structures, features and hand holding that can come with blue chip or large corporates. Career path or progression not as obvious as it is with perhaps some larger organisations.
