Never seen a company that invests so much in its culture. Their all hands on deck Monday morning meeting is an example of where they reach out to all employees worldwide to remind us all of how we make a difference a Fresche! We are always encouraged to reach out and give feedback. We are always encouraged to wear different hats and try new things to keep our careers "marketable" within Fresche. Our opinions matter and influence decision making at the highest level. People stay because of all of this and because of the family like environment. Leaders lead by example and make you feel valued. They admit to their mistakes and are always willing to learn as a team should.Great company to work for because they truly care for their employees and their customers and that's what is important to me!

I truly believe that you have to speak up if you want things changed or improved and at Fresche, I get to this and witness my influence, so not much to say here... This is why I get upset when I read bad reviews because I believe it to be false or I don't feel that those employees took the time to let someone know...
