Very toxic and political environment feels like I am living in North Korea. Got everything under controlled for some reason. People got complained because of small talks or go work somewhere else WITHIN THE OFFICE. Policies keep changing everyday with different standards. Oh, double standards. Some standard might just apply to you. Managers are very welcomed to bully others to make existing staffs leaving the company without affecting the KPI, and HR is doing nothing. By default this is considered as agree bullying. From the first day of my arrival until the date I left there were more than 40 people leaving and the whole size is just around 40.
