- terrible management, messy strategy, zero direction - strong favouritism of gm, which depresses the majority of the team, the most talented all left - heavy workload as plans change everyday, one single project restarts from scratch again and again - poor pay, no development and growth opportunity - a sinking ship, deeper, deeper and deeper discount is the only weapon in hands

The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!
