Some of the best senior Managment I have ever worked for,you have one or two incompetent senior but rising tides lift all boats.

Pay, pay, pay and pay. For the level,commitment,extent of work you do and the fact the company is based out of nyc the pay for junior mangment is a joke. I can barely cover my expenses. Benefits are embarassing and plant managment regularly flaunt their bigger bonuses in transportation managments face.
