Vantaggi

Can't think of much, except that there is nothing.

Svantaggi

Top Down - Condescending and abusive leadership, they have not learned nor train people to get work done without being verbally abusive, the ops head will mostly be heard abusing family of folks in the control tower. The founder is equally condescending in her tonality and does not regard any experience you bring to the table or the fact that you are willing to contribute to the growth on the company and rectify age old toxic practices. While globally the people team work towards making a more conducive work environment, the GM HR here dances on the tunes of the founder, creating very employee unfriendly "policies" starting with a meager 1L health insurance, mandatory 6 days working, if that is not enough - productivity here is gauged basis 9 hour login, that needs to be punched in an app with a selfie (reminds me of how group D and offrole employees are tracked) - this however comes with an exception to the Founder and a few of their favorites. No leaves during probation, no leaves encashment (bias her also, if you have served long enough in the systems and the founder approves, you will get the encashment). Apart from this, the HR team is highly motivated to write 5 star reviews on all peer review platforms and forced to write good things about the company, while most of them are frustrated inside themselves, in the name of retention - they conduct samosa party for Kitchen staff, while attrition has not gotten better, just like most their metrics like missing/incorrect item, veg/non-veg cases, foreign objects, live worms and snails and food, which no one cares about nor create trackers to improve. While the company strongly believes that they are a "start up" and the founder loves being the founder, in all honesty the definition of a Lala Company aptly fits here and can also lead by examples - nobody follows calendar invites, there are no frequent business reviews, cross team catch ups (of course apart from investor meetings), dictatorship way of decision making as opposed to democratic, email inboxes are just name sake, if you ever get a response on an email, it will be either to accept your resignation or to terminate your contract, if you are unfortunate enough to work here and expect an FnF settlement don't expect that to happen unless you talk about issuing a notice. The state of the kitchens are in an apathetic state and begs for food not to be made here. I really wish for some health inspectors to visit this place and set a few things right! If anyone wants to contend these claims or want to know more about how things work here, I have sufficient evidence which I am happy to share. I know for a fact that I will be found and be asked to remove this review, the last person who wrote a negative review was threatened and blackmailed to remove the feedback. Despite that, no wonder the HR team has managed to keep the review up at 2.8.
