Vantaggi

Svantaggi
- Incessant call & meeting monitoring, with desperate daily "power hours" everyone hated. Micromanagement hell. - Targets completely unachievable, none of the AM team hit close to 100% over a 6+ month period, so don't pay attention to commission potential as you won't be getting it. - Boring, repetitive day to day tasks of flogging card machines down the phone, no actual account management is involved or rewarded. Completely un-stimulating and unvaried work, with the treat of a PIP always hanging over your head, as they made examples of so many people. - Inept management who were scared to stand up to the CPO & CEO who were super toxic & tapped (just have a look at their embarassing LinkedIn posts if you'd like a little giggle). - HR/people team don't look out for the wellness of employees, it's just an echo chamber of distrust & dismissiveness to genuine concerns. Annual performative employee surveys were simply a tick box exercise as no feedback was ever acted upon. - The only company benefit is free lunch on Fridays, which is the least they can do after forcing employees in every day each week, 9-6. (The CEO even threatened enforcing clock in clock out as if we were prisoners). Completely no flexibility - I once had to get an engineer out as my boiler was broken so asked to WFH, and was told to take annual leave that day. - 3 week maternity leave... yep, 3 weeks. Says all you need to know really. - Complete culture of favouritism, with the best opportunities being given to those who sucked up to management the most desperately. - I can continue, but I think you get the picture.
