Everyone there is fake. They smile at you and act like they're your friend and say they get you if you're having a hard time but then turn around and bad mouth you and call you names. Everyone is always trash talking about someone, just like a bunch of sorority girls. This is especially true for the CEO. They won't say they have a problem with something you're doing directly but will go complain to your superior so they can yell at you about it later. The training is terrible, any SOPs they have are out dated and poorly written, their systems are not user friendly, even a simple carry out sale for a single item takes over 10 minutes to complete! Your merits count for nothing, if you're not making sales, which they pressure you about non-stop, you can forget ever getting a raise. There will always be an excuse as to why they can't give you a pay increase but they will spend thousands, if not millions, on gifts trying to impress clients and investors.
