A positive work culture that prioritizes the well-being of employees, offers support at all levels within the organization. Must say; top management and Leaders of EBIN are approachable, create solutions, be supportive, be a good listener and hence EBIN is unique with strong company culture. Attracts talent and more importantly retains that talent. Employees feel like they belong to the organization and hence they are more likely to stick with the organization for the long term. Policies in place that encourage respect, trust, empathy, and support. Opportunities to learn and up skill while being on the job as well. Happy and enjoying working with EBIN family 😊

      Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

      At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
