Employees are not encouraged to grow within the company. In order to grow one must basically leave the company. Lack of internal promotions are a key reason many associates depart. There is little to no discussion on behalf of management as to how an associate can move to the next level with the company. Milan, OH facility famous for promoting and hiring men and ignoring qualified wormen. The real clencher: A raise every three years.

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
