This has unfortunately been the worst experience of my career so far. The job itself seemed like a dream come true, creating content using the frever app, uploading to Tiktok and building your page over a 3 week trial period. Actually creating the work was fun, although a little stressful as they expected you to gain 1000 followers in 2 weeks - myself, and many other new starters had under 50!

From the start, around 20 of us were put together in a group on discord where our contact/manager told us what to do content wise, and if we had any questions we were to ask her. This contact seemed non existent, myself and others asked questions time and time again that were completely ignored. We were told we would have guidance and be sent a video plan - no one was. The app was a little difficult to use, we were told to upload 20 second videos, but you couldn't actually upload on the app at all, you could only record for 15 seconds. - This was held against some people when they hadn't delivered what was asked. Towards the end of our probation we were told we'd be paid by a certain date, no one was, others had bills to pay and were begging to get answers on when payment would come through, again this was ignored. 4 days after this apparent payday we were all kicked out of the discord group - I tried to message the management, only to find out I had been blocked and could not contact anyone. No one told us this would happen, so it was quite a shock to be treated so badly. The following day some (not all) of us got paid, and were sent an email saying they wouldn't be going any further with the company - I don't actually know anyone who made it past the probation, but perhaps one or two did? I had such bad anxiety the entire time I was working for this company. I finally got paid for probation, then I ran!
