As a bench tech you have to answer phone calls and essentially make sales over the phone call. Selling services, that customers don’t understand, that cost more than their computers. If the customer doesn’t say they want “data recovery” even if that’s what know they need we have to keep shut and take advantage of people and end up doing a whole virus removal/image/OS reload usually costing someone $400 for an out of date computer.
