Some awful customer interactions, two stores

As a technician you are exposed to a wide array of various problems that you pretty much have to learn to solve on your own with very little back ground info or knowledge base of their clients. At the fear of losing your job, you will learn to become a very independent, savvy tech, or you wont make it long.

There are very few perks, incentives, or family benefits. Long hours with very little time for family or personal life. Being a small business, there is little to no room for growth.
