Good benefits and retirement for tenured employees.

Pay system is crap, used to be commissioned up to a few years ago until they implemented Performance Pay and ruined the job. Every aspect of the way they pay this is structured to their benefit. As a 29 year veteran, I’d never imagined things becoming this bad.

No boss breathing down your back all day.

Svantaggi

No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
