      No career growth, as the company would rather choose to bring someone from outside than give an opportunity to a current employee to move up They want too much from you Stressful work , especially for newcomers No appreciation at all, can’t even organize a proper Christmas party for their employees

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
