FrogSlayer is kind of Bryan/College Station's answer to tech cities like Austin. It's a growing company with plenty of benefits to offer. If you're looking for a place where you can sink your teeth into the world of software development, with excellent team leads to facilitate your work, this is the place for you. Snacks and a 24-7 office means you can spend a lot of time at the office if you want to, and the company is structured in a way that keeps lines of communication open. If you come to develop here (or anything else, really), come prepared to work and contribute to the team. This company does a fantastic job of hiring the best and then honing everyone's talents to an even higher degree. It's basically my dream job. Communication is valued highly, not just development skills, since you'll be working with teammates and clients to turn requirements into a functioning piece of software.

Due to the somewhat smaller size, a little bumpiness can occur every now and again, but in the past few years, the pipelines have become much more solid and this is becoming less of a problem as we grow in size and secure more long-term clients.
